Its work sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and culture — and technology plays a critical role in enabling its designers to collaborate seamlessly across borders.

They are seeking a Regional IT Manager to lead and oversee all information technology operations across our international studios. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring its IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and digital collaboration tools are reliable, secure, and aligned with the needs of a fast-paced, design-led consultancy.

You will work closely with senior leadership, studio directors, and external partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality IT experience globally — empowering our teams to do their best creative work.

Key Responsibilities
1. Regional IT Strategy & Governance
- Define and implement a unified regional IT strategy aligned with business objectives and creative workflows.
- Establish and standardise IT policies, systems, and processes across all studios to ensure consistency, security, and compliance.
- Continuously assess technology gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Partner with leadership on IT planning for new studios, expansions, and major system upgrades.

2. Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Oversee regional IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, backups, and connectivity.
- Ensure stable, secure VPN and remote access for cross-studio and hybrid teams.
- Manage cloud-based platforms and enterprise systems (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, Adobe, Zoho).
- Support specialist design and visualisation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, Enscape, and related tools.
- Lead hardware and software procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management across regions.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks across all studios.
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, breaches, and unauthorised access.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, PDPA).
- Conduct regular staff awareness and training sessions on IT security best practices.

4. IT Support & Service Delivery
- Lead regional IT support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.
- Manage local IT representatives and third-party service providers across studios.
- Define and track IT service levels (SLAs), response times, and performance metrics.
- Foster a strong, user-first service culture within IT.

5. Vendor & Contract Management
- Oversee relationships with all IT vendors, managed service providers, and software partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage renewals to ensure value, quality, and reliability.
- Monitor vendor performance and continuously optimise service delivery.

6. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage the annual regional IT budget.
- Track spending across hardware, software, and services.
- Identify cost-optimisation opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Support finance and operations teams with accurate IT cost forecasting.

 Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country role.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Network administration (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
  • Cloud and server environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, NAS)
  • Cybersecurity systems and protocols
  • Backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning
  • Proven experience managing remote teams and/or external IT service providers across multiple countries.
  • Experience supporting creative, architectural, or design-led environments is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
