We are partnering with a leading retail property owner to seek an experienced Retail Leasing Manager. Reporting directly to the Head of Leasing, this role will be responsible for driving all leasing functions of a premier retail landmark in town.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Leasing in planning and executing leasing strategies and tenant mix.
- Formulate and implement innovative retail concepts to attract prospective tenants.
- Manage prospecting, leasing, and conduct viewings of available spaces.
- Monitor current and upcoming vacancies to ensure optimal occupancy levels.
- Prepare annual rental budgets, projections, and monthly reports.
- Negotiate both new leases and renewals with tenants.
- Build and maintain strong landlord–tenant relationships through effective account management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet tenant needs and drive shopper traffic into the mall.


Key Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of retail and commercial leasing experience.
- Strong track record in retail leasing with a solid network of tenant contacts.
- In-depth understanding of retail industry trends and concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Positive, resourceful, and collaborative team player.
- Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- CEA-registered Salespersons will have an added advantage.
