We are representing a well-established hospitality and lifestyle organisation behind a premium members’ concept in Singapore. They are looking for a Lifestyle Producer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-touch programs and events that drive member engagement and community building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of personalised lifestyle programs that enhance member experience and engagement
- Assist in managing a curated calendar of events across lifestyle, dining, wellness, and exclusive member initiatives
- Stay attuned to member interests, feedback, and industry trends to propose fresh and relevant ideas
- Contribute to initiatives that encourage strong community participation and member interaction
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue setup, F&B, programming, and guest flow
- Liaise with external vendors and partners on quotations, bookings, and deliverables
- Support the Membership team with event communications and promotional efforts
- Assist with program and event budget tracking to ensure cost-effective execution
- Manage event registrations and attendance tracking via the member management system
- Gather and analyse post-event feedback to support continuous improvement
- Work with internal IT and marketing stakeholders to update website, member portal/app, and social platforms
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners on content and marketing materials for co-hosted events
- Prepare clear and accurate promotional materials outlining program details, schedules, and benefits
- Identify workflow gaps and propose digital or IT-led solutions to improve efficiency in program and event execution
Key Requirements:
- Diploma with 2–3 years of experience in program management, event planning, or hospitality
- Experience within a private members’ club, luxury hotel, premium lifestyle brand, or high-end service environment is preferred
- Strong event planning and coordination skills
- Ability to design programs that enhance member satisfaction
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Digital marketing exposure is an advantage
- Interest or experience working with luxury lifestyle or high-net-worth communities
