We are partnering partnering with a contemporary hospitality group renowned for thoughtfully curated hotel accommodations and versatile event spaces in prime Singapore locations, we seek a results-oriented Sales Manager specializing in room sales to elevate our hospitality team. This strategic role centres on cultivating lasting client partnerships, driving room revenue growth, and unlocking new business opportunities across the corporate, leisure, and group segments.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue across assigned market segments.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate, travel agency, and group accounts, ensuring long-term partnership development and sustained business growth.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship building.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations to secure profitable accounts while maintaining client satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Work closely with the revenue management and front-of-house teams to align sales strategies with pricing and yield management initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and enhance offerings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with regular reporting and forecasting updates for senior management.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote business opportunities.
Key qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in the hospitality or hotel industry, with proven track record in room sales.
- Established network of corporate and travel industry contacts in Singapore or the wider region will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to deliver results under pressure.
