We are currently representing a leading critical infrastructure firm supporting some of the biggest and transformational technological players in the field. We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team and drive business growth through strategic financial planning, management, and analysis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in team management, SOX compliance, SAP integration, and experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality output and development
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts that align with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, and financial regulations
- Oversee the integration of SAP systems, ensuring seamless financial data management and reporting
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business decisions, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, stakeholders, and financial institutions
- Ensure financial risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated, and implement appropriate internal controls
- Drive process improvements, implementing best practices and financial excellence

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm
- Proven experience in team management, SOX compliance, and SAP integration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
